Delegation of Functions. We may appoint a third party to act in respect of any function relevant to the administration of your Account, but we shall first satisfy ourselves that any such third party is competent to carry out such functions and has appropriate authorisation.
Delegation of Functions. 2.1 For the avoidance of doubt, and to confirm that the general power of competence under section 1 of the Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 was, and continues to be, delegated to the Committee for the purposes of providing a private parking appeals service in accordance with section 56 and Schedule 4 of the Protection of Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000, the First ALGTEC Agreement is hereby varied as follows –
2.1.1 After clause 4.1(C) of the First ALGTEC Agreement insert:
Delegation of Functions. 5.1 Nothing in this Agreement has (or is intended to have) the effect of transferring statutory functions from one Party to another. This means that the performance by a Post Holder of their S113 Duties is done in their capacity as an officer of the Non-Employing Party. That Post Holder is not exercising functions delegated by the Non-Employing Party to the Employing Party.
5.2 Parties may only delegate their statutory functions to each other in exercise of the powers contained in S101 of the Local Government Act 1972 and S17 of the Local Government Act 2000. In the event that any of the Parties agree to enter into such an arrangement it will be recorded in a separate agreement that has been signed by participating Parties.

3.1 The Parties agree to delegate a comprehensive range of health and social care functions for adults and children to the IJB.
3.2 The functions that are to be delegated by NHS Highland to the IJB are set out in Annex 1.

3.3 The Parties will recommend to the Greater Glasgow and Xxxxx Integration Joint Boards that each of the Hosted Services listed in Annex 3 be managed and delivered on a pan Greater Glasgow and Xxxxx basis through a designated single Health and Social Care Partnership during the first year of their operation and subject to review for subsequent years.
Delegation of Functions. 2.1 In exercise of their powers under section 101(1)(b) and 101(5) of the Local Government Xxx 0000, sections 19 and 20 of the Local Government Act 2000 and all other enabling powers the Delegating Authorities delegate the function of their Human Resource Shared Service to EKJAC.
2.2 There following matters are reserved to the Delegating Authorities at the present time;

5.3 Annex 3 lists the services that it is proposed to be hosted by one Integration Joint Board on behalf of the other five within the Health Board area. Part 1 of Annex 4 lists additional Health Board and Council functions that will be delegated to the Integration Joint Board. The services to which these functions relate, which are currently provided by the Health Board and the Council and which are to be integrated, are set out in Part 2 of Annex 4.
5.4 Specialist Childrens services will be operational managed by the IJB Chief Officer and operationally overseen by the IJB but not delegated under the terms of the legislation. Annexe 5 sets out the specific arrangements for these services.
Delegation of Functions. 5.1 For the purposes of the implementation of the Partnership Arrangements, the Authority hereby delegates the exercise of the Authority Health Related Functions to the Trust to exercise alongside the NHS Functions and act as integrated provider of Specialist Occupational Therapy Assessment Services.
5.2 Additional services may be brought within the scope of this Agreement during the Term by agreement.
