To the extent that such obligations are properly delegated to and accepted by the Park Board in accordance with this Section 12.2, or are caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Park Board or Park Board Personnel, then the City, through the Park Board, hereby agrees to indemnify the Association for:

To the extent that such obligations are properly delegated to and accepted by the Park Board in accordance with this Section 12.2, or are caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Park Board or Park Board Personnel, then the City, through the Park Board, hereby agrees to indemnify the Association for:

  • Delegation of Responsibility Transmission Provider may use the services of subcontractors as it deems appropriate to perform its obligations under this LGIP. Transmission Provider shall remain primarily liable to Interconnection Customer for the performance of such subcontractors and compliance with its obligations of this LGIP. The subcontractor shall keep all information provided confidential and shall use such information solely for the performance of such obligation for which it was provided and no other purpose.

  • Allocation of Responsibility The City assumes no responsibility for the tax consequences of any VEBA contributions made by or on behalf of any member. Each union that elects to require VEBA contributions for the benefit of its members assumes sole responsibility for insuring that the VEBA complies with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, the Internal Revenue Code, and agrees to indemnify and hold the City harmless for any taxes, penalties and any other costs and expenses resulting from such contributions.

  • Assignment of Responsibilities The parties understand that, while hourly rate may be used in statistical calculations or to report the fulfillment of duties to governing agencies, graduate assistants who are employed as research, teaching or instructional assistants (Class codes 9181, 9182, 9183, 9184, 9550) are salaried employees. Graduate assistants employed in Class code 9185 are appointed as non-exempt hourly employees and will need to complete a time sheet. Time clocks shall not be used to record work hours.

  • Limitation of Responsibility Notwithstanding any other provisions ---------------------------- hereof, Committee Members shall be liable to the parties only for actions constituting bad faith, gross negligence or breach of an express provision of this Agreement (so long as such breach remains uncured after ten (10) days of receiving notice of the nature of such breach).   • Acceptance of Responsibility x. Defendant has clearly demonstrated a recognition and affirmative acceptance of personal responsibility for his criminal conduct.   • Consultant’s Responsibility Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting in any way the extent to which Consultant may be held responsible for damages resulting from Consultant’s operations, acts, omissions, or negligence.
