Park Board Personnel definition

Park Board Personnel means employees or contractors retained by the City to provide services to or on behalf of the Park Board;
Park Board Personnel means the Board’s elected and appointed officers, officials, employees, agents, contractors and their subcontractors, and volunteers;

  • The Park Board will accept responsibility for costs, damages or other amounts payable arising from such responsibilities to the extent they are the result of the negligence of the Park Board or Park Board Personnel in the conduct of the accepted responsibilities delegated by the Association.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

  • Parent Board means the board of directors of Parent.
