Delegation of Veterans’ Coordinator's Tasks. The Veterans’ Coordinator shall be a County employee designated by the Board of Clallam County Commissioners. The Veterans’ Coordinator is responsible to determine and document eligibility, approve or deny claims, process vouchers, ensure payment, provide for records of all claims, and provide reports of payments of claims. All, or part, of the Veterans' Coordinator’s duties may be delegated, in writing, to a designated Veterans’ Assistant employed by the county. The Veterans’ Assistant position is paid for by funds from the Veterans’ Relief Fund. Veterans may initiate claims by contacting the Veterans’ Coordinator or Veterans’ Assistant. Final approval of claims is the responsibility of the Clallam County Veterans’ Coordinator based upon submission of complete and accurate claims and documentation. Incomplete or undocumented claims may be returned to the Veterans’ Assistant or Veteran applying for relief and are a sufficient reason for denial of claim.

Veterans may initiate claims by contacting the County's Veterans’ Coordinator (or designated official) or designated officers of any authorized Veterans’ Organization's Post/Chapter within Clallam County that has, on file with the County Auditor and County Commissioners' Office, a current Notice of Intention to Furnish Relief. Tentative approval of claims may be made by the Commander and Quartermaster, Commander and Adjutant, or Commander and Service Officer of any authorized Post/Chapter, or by officers of a Veterans’ Association that has a written agreement to process and tentatively approve claims collectively. Final approval of claims is the responsibility of the County Veterans’ Coordinator (or designated official) based upon submission of complete and accurate claims and documentation. Incomplete or undocumented claims may be returned to the Post/Chapter and are a sufficient reason for denial of claim.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Function of Bargaining Committee All matters pertaining to performance of work, operational problems, rates of pay, hours of work, collective bargaining, and other working conditions, shall be referred by the Union bargaining committee to the Employer for discussion and settlement.

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions.

  • ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTRACT 2.2.1 The Architect will provide administration of the Contract as hereinafter described.

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards. The Xxxxxxx shall assist any Employee, which the Xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and presenting her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.

  • Delegation of Powers Subject to any limitations set forth in the Act, the member(s) may delegate any of its powers to officers of the Company or to committees consisting of persons who may or may not be member(s). Every officer or committee shall, in the exercise of the power so delegated, comply with any restrictions that may be imposed on them by the member(s).

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Administration of the Contributions 1.1. The Bank shall be responsible only for performing those functions specifically set forth in this Agreement and shall not be subject to any other duties or responsibilities to the Donors, including, without limitation, any duties or obligations that might otherwise apply to a fiduciary or trustee under general principles of trust or fiduciary law. Nothing in this Agreement shall be considered a waiver of any privileges or immunities of the IBRD and XXX under their Articles of Agreement or any applicable law, all of which are expressly reserved.
