Deliverable Payments. Subsequent to the initial payment, all ongoing payments to the provider will be tied to achieving CalAIM capacity building and infrastructure development components, deliverables, or defined progress toward goals required by terms of the project and PHC CalAIM Grant application. The Plan will remit payments to the provider within thirty (30) days of the provider’s successful demonstration to the plan of each deliverable achievement per the terms of the project. The Plan may adjust deliverables and related payments consistent with the terms of a DocuSign Envelope ID: 064F0D5E-54F3-4793-B2C5-64EE1FA94CBE corrective action plan. The Plan will not make any payment until all past due reporting is completed. PHC reserves the right to withhold or recoup payments if any deliverable is not approved by DHCS.

Deliverable Payments. For each Deliverable approved by SCE in accordance with Exhibit J in a Delivery Period Month, the “Deliverable Payment” equals (i) the applicable Deliverable Project Budget, multiplied by (ii) the quantity of Deliverables delivered and approved as specified in the Acceptance Notice.
