Delivery of Shelter Goods and Community Donations d. The Yale Navigation Center will only provide onsite parking to the Contractor staff, supportive services providers, volunteers and a limited number of participants. The Contractor establish a tracking mechanism for all vehicles parked onsite, which at minimum includes the license plate and owner’s name. Participants who wish to park their vehicles onsite will have to provide additional documentation related to vehicle registration, valid driver’s license and insurance.

Delivery of Shelter Goods and Community Donations. Deliveries for shelter goods and community donations will be dropped off in a designated area. The planned location for these designated drop‐offs will take into consideration pedestrian, bike and other vehicle traffic routes to minimize safety risks and impact to the shelter site and surrounding area. It is anticipated that delivery of goods from contracted vendors will occur approximately 3xs weekly. The delivery of community donations by private donors will occur approximately 3xs daily during designated donation drop‐off times. We anticipate that no trucks larger than 26’ will be entering the property. All deliveries of goods and/or donations will occur between the hours of 10AM‐4PM.

Company, certifies that neither it nor its parent company nor any affiliate of company or its parent company, is (1) owned by or the majority of stock or other ownership interest of the company is held or controlled by individuals who are citizens of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country; (2) a company or other entity, including governmental entity, that is owned or controlled by citizens of or is directly controlled by the government of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country; or (3) headquartered in China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country. For purposes of this contract, “critical infrastructure” means “a communication infrastructure system, cybersecurity system, electric grid, hazardous waste treatment system, or water treatment facility.” See Tex.   • Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov. Code 2271) If (a) Vendor is not a sole proprietorship; (b) Vendor has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this Agreement or any agreement with a TIPS Member under this procurement has value of $100,000 or more, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required.   • Protective Clothing and Equipment The Employer recognizes the safety concerns of all staff and shall provide all employees whose work requires them to wear protective equipment with the necessary equipment and protective clothing. This committee may make recommendations on such equipment (e.g., gloves, long sleeved gowns, masks, goggles). These shall be maintained and replaced, where necessary, at the Employer's expense. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).
