Transportation Plan. The Organizer shall develop, implement, and maintain as a Prior Action a Transportation Plan that provides for safe, reasonably accessible transportation for all students attending the Charter School.
Transportation Plan a. The Contractor will provide transportation to and from the Yale Navigation Center from specified pick-up/drop-off points coordinated with the County. A minimum of three designated pick-up/ drop-off locations will be identified with ample geographic range for participants to effectively connect to transit hubs.
b. The policies for travel to and from the Yale Navigation Center will be designed to support participant needs and minimize potential impact on the adjacent residential neighborhood and businesses. The Contractor will provide weekly trips to DMV, government services, community-based programs, transit hubs, and other community resources. Pedestrian and bicycle access to and from the Yale Navigation Center will not be permitted.
c. The Contractor will establish and submit to the County policies and procedures for the following transportation measures:
1) Transportation Flow On and Off Property
2) Bus and Shuttle Transportation Services
3) Personal Vehicle Transportation and Parking
4) Staff Transportation of Participants
Transportation Plan. Contractor shall deliver a written list of the workers, vehicles, and equipment that will be involved in the transportation of the Artwork to the Site. Evidence of insurance of the Artwork during transportation must be provided by the company or individual hired to transport the Artwork.
Transportation Plan. The Charter School shall implement and utilize the transportation plan set forth in Schedule 23.
Transportation Plan. It is the projection of the volumes that are going to be transported through the Pipeline and of the Available Capacity in the medium and long – term.
Transportation Plan. In the month of June of each year, the Transporter will prepare the Transportation Plan for the five (5) next calendar years, expressed in Barrels per Calendar Day (BPDC). For the first year, the volumes provided will be the monthly average volumes, and for the subsequent years these will be the annual monthly averages. As a result of this Transportation Plan, the Available Capacity for the transportation of Third Parties’ Crude Oil will be figured out for each one of those periods. This information and the Effective Transportation Capacity will be available for consultation in the BTO.
Transportation Plan. WPCS contracts with Teton Stage Lines to provide student transportation to and from school. WPCS annually evaluates its busing needs and contracts with transportation providers, as appropriate, for student transportation services.
Transportation Plan. Owner shall comply with all state and local law regarding transportation, including the rules governing delivery service. Owner shall retain a list of names and cellular contact numbers for all employees engaged in transportation of commercial cannabis products and provide it to the applicable oversight authority, keeping the list current and up to date. Owner will keep complete and up-to-date records documenting each transfer of commercial cannabis to other lawful cooperative corporations, including the amount provided, the form or product category in which the commercial cannabis was provided, the date and time provided, the name of the employee making the transfer, the name and address of the other lawful cooperative corporation to whom delivery is made, and the amount of any related donation or other monetary transaction.
Transportation Plan. Tenant acknowledges that the Treasure Island Mobility Management Agency (“TIMMA”) is authorized to implement the Treasure Island Transportation Plan attached to the DDA, as may be amended (the “Transportation Plan”), including implementing congestion pricing, a mandatory transit pass system, transportation demand management programs, and other fees and programs. Tenant acknowledges that the Premises are and will be subject to the Transportation Plan and the jurisdiction, fees and programs implemented by the TIMMA. TIMMA will develop, implement, operate, and administer strategies and programs to manage transportation resources in the entirety of Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island. Tenant shall cooperate with TIMMA and impose such obligations on each user and renter at the Premises, as shall be required by TIMMA in order to implement the Transportation Plan and the fees associated therewith. Tenant shall establish and carry on during the Term a program to encourage maximum use of public transportation by personnel of Tenant employed on the Premises, including, without limitation, the distribution to such employees of written materials explaining the convenience and availability of public transportation facilities adjacent or proximate to the Premises and encouraging use of such facilities, all at Tenant's sole expense. Without limiting the foregoing, Tenant shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Transportation Plan.
Transportation Plan. The City will review and, if necessary, adopt a new or updated transportation plan or element for the UGA.
