Financial Policies. Distributor acknowledges the importance to Manufacturer of Distributor's sound financial operation and Distributor expressly agrees that it will:
A. Maintain and employ in connection with Distributor's business and operations under this Agreement such working capital and net worth as may be required to enable Distributor properly and fully to carry out and perform all of Distributor's duties, obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement;
B. Pay promptly all amounts due Manufacturer in accordance with terms of sale extended by Manufacturer from time to time;
C. Furnish Manufacturer with financial statements in such form as Manufacturer may reasonably require from time to time for credit purposes; and
D. Furnish, at Manufacturer's request, a detailed reconciliation of Manufacturer's statements of account with Distributor's records, listing all differences, and showing net amount Distributor acknowledges to be due Manufacturer. In addition to any other right or remedy to which Manufacturer may be entitled, shipments may be suspended at Manufacturer's discretion in the event that Distributor fails to promptly and faithfully discharge each and every obligation in this Section.

Financial Policies. 1) Payment of salary to an Administrator on sabbatical leave shall be made in accordance with provisions of the Board for payment of salary to other Administrators.
2) On returning from sabbatical leave, the Administrator shall be entitled to the automatic salary schedule increments as though the Administrator had been in continuous service in the school system.
3) Sick leave and business leave policies shall continue to apply to any Administrator on sabbatical leave.
4) Fringe benefit provisions shall continue in full during the sabbatical leave.

Financial Policies. Tuition for the school year is divided into equal payments even though some months have holidays or school breaks. The monthly payments are installed payments from the annual contract. Those attending over the summer will be given the summer tuition payment plan in the spring during summer sign ups.
