DELIVERY OF TECHNICAL DATA AND REPORTS. The Offeror shall prepare and deliver all data and reports in accordance with requirements, quantities, and schedules set forth in the Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423), Exhibits A-E. All technical data and reports shall be submitted electronically in accordance with Exhibits A-E. If items cannot be submitted electronically, they must be submitted in accordance with the instructions in this contract and Section J, Exhibits A-E. U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center Attn: X.   • Data and Reports The School is consistent in providing information, data, documentation, evindence and reports requested by the Commission pursuant to HRS §302D-17. x Review of submissions.

  • Inspections and Reports 2.1 The department may inspect, in the manner and at reasonable times it considers appropriate, all the contractor's facilities and activities under this contract.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement.   • Information and Technical Advice At the request of a Party, or upon its own initiative, the arbitration panel may obtain information from any source, including the Parties involved in the dispute, which it deems appropriate for the arbitration procedure. The arbitration panel also has the right to seek the opinion of experts as it deems appropriate. Any information obtained in this manner must be disclosed to each of the Parties and submitted for their comments. Interested parties are authorised to submit amicus curiae briefs to the arbitration panel in accordance with the rules of procedure.

  • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, County shall have free access at all proper times or until the expiration of four (4) years after the furnishing of services to such records, and the right to examine and audit the same and to make transcripts therefrom, and to inspect all data, documents, proceedings, and activities pertaining to this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement. The costs and obligations incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Cost of Data and Information Exchange Each Party shall bear its own cost of providing information to the other Party.
