Delivery of Technical Information. Licensor shall deliver to Licensee HBT Technical Information and MBE Technical Information related to Licensed Products in the same form as is used in Licensor's own business. Both source code and object code for software included in the HBT Technical Information or the MBE Technical Information shall be delivered to Licensee. Licensor shall deliver HBT Technical Information as soon as practical and in any event within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date. Licensor shall deliver MBE Technical Information as soon as practical and in any event within thirty (30) days of the date of Licensee's written request for such MBE Technical Information, which request may be made no earlier than the date upon which the MBE License becomes effective as set forth in Section 2.2.
Delivery of Technical Information. At no charge to the Purchaser, Seller shall deliver, or cause its appropriate Affiliate to deliver, to the Purchaser all Technical Information assigned hereunder as it exists on the Closing Date, and such other tangible items as may be requested to affect the licenses and transfers hereunder. To the extent that any Software or Technical Information is capable of being delivered electronically, upon Purchaser's request, Seller shall deliver such items to Purchaser by electronic means. Without limiting the foregoing, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser all files and documents, including patent prosecution files and legal opinions (or portions thereof) related to the A - Patents.
Delivery of Technical Information. Within [***] after the Effective Date, Drexel shall deliver to Company all Technical Information requested by Company in Exhibits F and G in a form reasonably agreed by the parties. Company hereby acknowledges that Drexel has met its obligation under this Section 3.5, the “Delivery of Technical Information”.

All Technical Information set forth in Schedule 1.9 is being delivered by ISS to MAKO contemporaneous with the execution and consummation of this Agreement on the Effective Date, except as to that Technical Information specifically designated on Schedule 1.9 to be delivered to MAKO by ISS within a reasonable time following the Effective Date (the “Post-Closing Technical Information”) which shall in no event exceed two (2) weeks following the Effective Date (the “Technical Information Delivery Deadline”). ISS hereby covenants to use its best efforts to deliver all Post-Closing Technical Information on or before the Technical Information Delivery Deadline. Delivery of Technical Information. 3.1. Licensor agrees to make available to Licensee the Technical Information as set forth below.
3.2. Licensor shall furnish to Licensee on an as available basis copies of all documents with respect to the Technical Information that are now or are in the future in Licensor's possession and that are material to the use of the Technical Information by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement.
3.3. During the term of this Agreement, Licensor shall make available appropriate personnel then employed by Licensor or its subsidiaries or affiliates to answer inquiries from Licensee about the Technical Information (other than Licensee Improvements).
Delivery of Technical Information. Within fourteen days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Vanderbilt agrees to send a package of the Technical Information then in existence as of the Effective Date of this Agreement to Xxxxxx either as hard copy or as electronic files. 2.10
Delivery of Technical Information. During the term of this Agreement, SS Pharmaceutical shall have a continuing obligation to provide any and all information pertinent to Technical Information to Arena.

Delivery of Technical Information. 3.1 Technical information delivery dates shall be specified through cooperative discussions between Party A and Party B and the delivery place shall be to Party B’s Texas offices or such other places as may be designated by Party B.
3.2 The title to the technical information and any improvements thereto shall remain in the possession of Party A.
