Delivery Up. On expiry or termination of this Contract, the Contractor shall ensure or procure that the Nominated Staff return to the Employer or the NDA (as applicable) all documents, materials or any information which is confidential (in accordance with Clause AZ20 (Confidential Information) belonging to the Employer or the NDA.

Delivery Up. On expiry or termination of this Contract, the Contractor shall ensure or procure that the Nominated Staff return to the Contractor or the Authority (as applicable) all documents, materials or any information which is confidential (in accordance with Clause 10.1 (Confidential Information) belonging to the Contractor or the Authority.

On expiry or termination of this Agreement, the PBO shall ensure or procure that the Nominated Staff return, within a period of ten (10) Working Days from expiry or termination to the PBO or the Authority (as applicable) all documents, materials or any information which is confidential (in accordance with Clause 19.1.1 (Confidential Information)) belonging to the PBO or the Authority.
Delivery Up. On termination of this Deed the Custodian will deliver all copies of the Base Case held by it in equal or (where it is not holding an even number of copies) approximately equal numbers to the Authority (for the attention of the Authority Representative) and to the Service Provider (for the attention of the Service Provider Representative).

Delivery Up. On expiry or termination of this Contract, the Contractor shall ensure or procure that the Nominated Staff return to the Employer or the NDA (as applicable) all documents, materials or any information which is confidential (in accordance with Clause AZ20 (Confidential Information) belonging to the Employer or the NDA. AZ30.6.1 A Party shall notify the other Party as soon as reasonably practicable of any fact or occurrence of which the notifying Party is aware relating to the NDA, the Employer, the Parent Body Organisation, or the Contractor which could in the reasonable opinion of the notifying Party be expected to cause adverse publicity to the Contractor, the Employer or the Parent Body Organisation in relation to this Contract or to the NDA generally.
Delivery Up. 12.1 The Executive will return to the Company’s premises on or before the Termination Date all books, documents, papers, data (including copies or extracts and whether in printed or electronic format), materials, credit cards, keys, security cards or other property of or relating to the business of the Company or the Group or its or their respective clients or suppliers. The Executive shall be entitled to retain for his personal use his company-assigned iPhone, iPad, and Surface Pro laptop computer, in each case without a company-paid wireless service plan.
12.2 The Executive confirms that he will not, after the Termination Date, retain any confidential information relating to the Company or the Group, whether stored in electronic format or otherwise, except as may be retained with the express consent of the Company.
Delivery Up. On termination of this Agreement the Custodian will deliver all copies of the Base Financial Model held by it in equal or (where it is not holding an even number of copies) approximately equal numbers to the Lead Authority (for the attention of the Project Director) and to the Contractor (for the attention of the Operations Manager).
