Nominated Staff definition

Nominated Staff means the individuals who are seconded to the Contractor from the Parent Body Organisation and who are listed in Part 1 of the Employee Schedule without prejudice to the provisions of clause 4 of the Parent Body Agreement, and provided that the Authority has given written consent to any failure to comply with those provisions, any such individual may sit on the Contractor’s board of directors;
Nominated Staff means members of staff of the Customer nominated by the Customer who are identified in the Order Form (or any update to that information advised to Lexonik) and that have signed the Intervention Teacher Contract, as participants in the relevant Product or who are to be participants in the provision of any Services provided by Lexonik “Online Resources” all teaching material, resources and content, including on-screen and downloadable material, available at xxx.xxxxxxx.xx.xx; “Order Form” the information sheet (incorporating any agreed Booking Confirmation) attached to these Terms and Conditions;
Nominated Staff means the individuals listed in Part 1 (Nominated Staff) of Schedule 4 (Employee Schedule) of the Site M&O Contract (as updated from time to time in accordance with Clause 5.1.4 (Nominated Staff) of the Site M&O Contract);

  • On expiry or termination of this Contract, the Contractor shall ensure or procure that the Nominated Staff return to the Employer or the NDA (as applicable) all documents, materials or any information which is confidential (in accordance with Clause AZ20 (Confidential Information) belonging to the Employer or the NDA.

More Definitions of Nominated Staff

Nominated Staff means that employee of the Supplier who has been specifically identified to provide Services to the Client, either individually or as a part of the group;

  • Nominated Company means a company selected by the Lenders’ Representative and proposed to the Authority for substituting the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of the Substitution Agreement;

  • Nominated Athlete means an Athlete who has been nominated to the NZOC by Swimming New Zealand.

  • Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.

  • Teaching Staff means teachers and the principal or head teacher employed at the Academy.

  • Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee means the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by You to receive particular FIT Payments and recorded as such on the Central FiT Register;

  • School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
