Nominated Staff definition

Nominated Staff means members of staff of the Customer nominated by the Customer who are identified in the Order Form (or any update to that information advised to Lexonik) and that have signed the Intervention Teacher Contract, as participants in the relevant Product or who are to be participants in the provision of any Services provided by Lexonik “Online Resources” all teaching material, resources and content, including on-screen and downloadable material, available at xxx.xxxxxxx.xx.xx; “Order Form” the information sheet (incorporating any agreed Booking Confirmation) attached to these Terms and Conditions;

Examples of Nominated Staff in a sentence

  • If this Intervention Teacher Contract is not signed by each Nominated Staff member, the Loan Materials assigned to that Staff member must be returned to Lexonik immediately and must not be used.

  • These Nominated Staff must sign the Intervention Teacher Contract to enable use of Lexonik licensed resources, or these resources must be returned to Lexonik immediately.

  • Any inability of the Customer or delay in the Customer nominating individuals to be a Nominated Staff member shall not be a reason for Lexonik not proceeding with the delivery of the Lexonik Training.

Related to Nominated Staff

  • Nominated Company means a company selected by the Lenders’ Representative and proposed to the Authority for substituting the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of the Substitution Agreement;
