Demand for Poll. No poll may be demanded in respect of the vote by which a chair of a meeting of shareholders is elected.
Demand for Poll. AT any meeting of Noteholders unless (before or on the declaration of the result of the show of hands) a poll is demanded by the Chairman or by one or more Noteholders present in person or by proxy and holding or representing in the aggregate not less than one-twentieth in nominal value of the Notes then outstanding a declaration by the Chairman that a resolution has been carried or carried by a particular majority or lost or not carried by any particular majority shall be conclusive evidence of the fact.
Demand for Poll. (1) Before or on the declaration of the result of the voting on any resolution on a show of hands, a poll may be ordered to be taken by the Chairman of the meeting in his own motion, and shall be ordered to be taken by him on a demand being made in that behalf by five Debenture- holders present in persons or by proxy or by any one or more Debenture-holders present in person or by proxy and holding not less than one tenth in value of the Debentures for the time being outstanding.
(2) The demand for a poll may be withdrawn at any time by the person or persons at the time when the demand was made, as the Chairman may direct.
(3) A poll demanded on a question of adjournment of meeting shall be taken forthwith.
(4) A poll demanded on any other question (not being a question relating to the election of a Chairman) shall be taken at such time not being later than 48 hours from the time when the demand was made as the Chairman may direct.
Demand for Poll. A demand for a poll may, before the poll is taken, be withdrawn only with the approval of the chair of the meeting. A demand so withdrawn shall not be taken to have invalidated the result of a show of hands declared before the demand was made. Unless a poll is taken a declaration by the chair that a resolution has been carried, or carried unanimously, or by a particular majority, or lost, and an entry to that effect in the minute book, shall be conclusive evidence of that fact without proof of the number or proportion of the votes recorded for or against such resolution. If a poll is demanded, it shall be taken in such manner (including by use of ballot, voting papers, tickets, electronic means, or any combination thereof) as the chair of the meeting may direct, and the result of the poll shall be deemed to be the resolution of the meeting at which the poll was demanded. The chair of the meeting may (and if so directed by the meeting shall) appoint scrutineers (who need not be members) and may adjourn the meeting to some place and time fixed by him or her for the purpose of declaring the result of the poll. The result of the poll shall be deemed to be the resolution of the meeting at which the poll was demanded. All resolutions put to the members at electronic General Meetings shall be voted on by a poll, which poll votes may be cast by such electronic means as the board in its sole discretion deems appropriate for the purposes of the meeting.

Before or on the declaration of the result of the voting on any point or question on a show of hands, a poll may be ordered to be taken by the Chairman of the meeting on his own motion, or shall be ordered to be taken by him on demand made by the Trustee or any Bondholder or his proxy having the right to vote on the resolution and present in person or by proxy and holding not less than two-fifths (⅖) or forty per cent (40%) of the nominal amount of the Bonds for the time being outstanding.
8.1 The demand for a poll may be withdrawn at any time by any person or persons who made the demand.
8.2 The demand for a poll shall not prevent the continuance of a meeting for the transaction of any business other than the question on which a poll has been demanded.

12 Persons entitled to attend and vote
12.1 The registered holder of any of the Notes or, in the case of joint holders, any one of them shall be entitled to vote in respect thereof either in person or by proxy and in the latter case as if such joint holder were solely entitled to such Notes. If more than one of

Demand for Poll. A poll will be taken immediately if one is demanded or at any other time after an interval or adjournment or otherwise as the chair decides. The result of the poll will be recorded as the resolution of the meeting at which the poll was demanded.

Demand for Poll. 8.1 Before or on the declaration of the result of the voting on any point or question on a show of hands, a poll may be ordered to be taken by the Chairman of the meeting on his own motion, and shall be ordered to be taken by him on demand made in that behalf by the Trustee or at least five (5) Bondholders having the right to vote on the resolution and present in person or by proxy or by the holders of not less than one-quarter (¼) in nominal amount of the Bond for the time being outstanding having the right to vote on the resolution and present in person.
8.2 The demand for a poll may be withdrawn at any time by any person or persons who made the demand.
Demand for Poll. There is no need to demand for poll by any shareholder at the general meeting as the business shall be transact as per Article no. 77 & 78.
