Retention and disposal 9.5.1. Information shared under this Agreement will be securely stored and disposed by secure means when no longer required for the purpose for which it is provided as per each parties’ Information Security Policy, unless otherwise agreed in a specific case, and legally permitted. Each party will determine and maintain their own retention schedule.
REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION AND DISABILITY SEPARATION 34.1 The Employer and the Union will comply with all relevant federal and state laws, and regulations providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities. The Employer will maintain written procedures for reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Bank shall maintain and update from time to time business continuation and disaster recovery procedures with respect to its global custody business, which are designed, in the event of a significant business disruption affecting Bank, to be sufficient to enable Bank to resume and continue to perform its duties and obligations under this Agreement without undue delay or disruption. Bank shall test the operability of such procedures at least annually. Bank shall enter into and shall maintain in effect at all times during the term of this Agreement reasonable provision for (i) periodic back-up of the computer files and data with respect to Customer and (ii) use of alternative electronic data processing equipment to provide services under this Agreement. Upon reasonable request, Bank shall discuss with Customer any business continuation and disaster recovery procedures of Bank. Bank represents that its business continuation and disaster recovery procedures are appropriate for its business as a global custodian to investment companies registered under the 1940 Act.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance The plan provides accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage in an amount equal to your basic group life insurance (two times your current annual salary). Coverage is provided 24 hours per day, anywhere in the world, for any accident resulting in death, dismemberment, paralysis, loss of use, or loss of speech or hearing. If you sustain an injury caused by an accident occurring while the policy is in force which results in one of the following losses, within 365 days of the accident, the benefit shown will be paid to you. In the case of accidental death, the benefit will be paid to the beneficiary you have named to receive your group life insurance benefits. Health and Diet Counseling This plan covers diabetes and nutritional counseling in accordance with state and federal laws, when prescribed by a physician and provided by either a physician or an appropriately licensed, registered or certified counselor.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment The Employer agrees to provide all active full-time employees with Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit coverage equal to one (1) times their annual earnings in case of accidental death. Coverage is also provided for other losses such as speech and hearing, use of arms and legs, etc.
Printing and Distribution The School District will, at its own expense, print sufficient copies of this Agreement for present and new employees.
DISCHARGE, SUSPENSION AND DISCIPLINE 14.01 (a) In the event an Employee is suspended as a disciplinary measure and the Employee considers that an injustice has been done, the matter may be taken up at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage An employee may purchase accidental death and dismemberment coverage that provides principal sum benefits in amounts ranging from five thousand dollars ($5,000) to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). Payment is made only for accidental bodily injury or death and may vary, depending upon the extent of dismemberment. An employee may also purchase from five thousand dollars ($5,000) to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) in coverage for his/her spouse, but not in excess of the amount carried by the employee.
Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.
