DENIAL OF PERSONAL LEAVE. In the event a request for personal leave may be denied, the employee shall be granted a conference with the supervisor to discuss the denial of the request for personal leave. If the denial is not reversed, the person denying the request must submit a written reason explaining why the request is not applicable.
