Department Chairs/Curriculum Coordinators/Program Coordinators. The President of the College or the President’s designee may appoint on an annual basis a unit member as a department chair to assist in the coordination and/or supervision of instruction. Each such department chairperson shall have a job description specifying duties and responsibilities consistent with this Article and the needs of the College and the department chairperson shall be responsible to the President of the College or the President’s designee for performing such.
