Department Credit Card. The City shall make a credit card available for department use in paying for reimbursable travel and training costs. Use of the department credit card, including the details of the expenditure and the amount to be charged to that card, must be approved by the Chief of Police or his/her designee, prior to using the credit card.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.
