Department of Human Resources Notice to Department and to Union. Prior to the occurrence of a layoff, the Director, shall provide written notice to the Union when the Department is notified of any employees covered by this Agreement, who are identified for layoff. This notice shall list all persons in the affected class including the number, class title, seniority rating, and date on which affected employees are to be laid off.
