Common use of Department of Public Health Clause in Contracts

Department of Public Health. 135. Management shall notify the Union in writing at least forty (40) working days before the elimination and reduction of DPH service which has an impact on bargaining unit members’ wages, hours or working conditions. The parties shall begin to meet and confer concerning all issues relevant to the scope of representation within fifteen (15) working days of a request to meet and confer by the Union. Pursuant to this process, upon the request of the Union, management will expeditiously provide in writing, all existing information concerning such a proposed service change.
