Common use of Department of Public Health Clause in Contracts

Department of Public Health. During the term of this Agreement (FY 2019-2020, FY2020-2021, and FY 2021-2022), a subcommittee shall be established between the Department and the Union and shall meet by no later than September 30, 2019, to further discuss night duty, standby, and call back for their represented employees.
