Common use of DEPARTMENT VEHICLES Clause in Contracts

DEPARTMENT VEHICLES. All Captains will be allowed to use a department vehicle for personal use as well as at work. The use of cars will be in accordance with the current Department take home car policy.

DEPARTMENT VEHICLES. 44.1 All Captains will be allowed to use a department vehicle for personal use as well as at work. The use of cars will be in accordance with the current Department department’s take home car policy. 44.2 Should the Captain’s ranks be reduced then those vehicles assigned to that Captain(s) will be reassigned to another member within this unit appropriately.
