Departmental Rights. In the event that the Provider fails to comply with any of the requirements set out in this Schedule the Department reserves the right to take such remedial action under this Agreement as it considers appropriate in the circumstances, which may include but is not limited to requiring the Provider to terminate an existing Sub-Contract and/ or prohibiting the Provider from entering enter into any new Sub-Contract to deliver the Services under this Agreement.
