Dependant Relocation at Separate Time. Where dependants of an employee relocate at a time different than the employee, the Employer shall reimburse the employee for their dependants' travel expenses, meals and accommodation incurred while travelling to the new headquarters area. In such cases where the employee remains eligible for benefits pursuant to Clause 2.3, the employee will be reimbursed for their dependants' meals at the new location for a period of up to seven days. The allowances will be in accordance with the current rate in this agreement.
