Deployment of Employees. 11.2.1. The Supplier shall render the contractual services exclusively by means of employees sufficiently qualified for the respective services. In the case of foreign employees, the Supplier shall, at the Purchaser's request, prove the existence of a work permit.
Deployment of Employees without the involvement of AKOS During the term of an Agreement, the Client undertakes vis-à-vis AKOS not to employ any of the candidates and Employees made available by AKOS or to have them work for it in any other way without the involvement of XXXX, subject to the forfeiture of an immediately payable penalty to AKOS of 50% of the gross annual salary of the Employees in question.
