Deposit Account Reconciliation. Under the Deposit Account Reconciliation Service, if Client has multiple business locations depositing checks into a single deposit account, the Bank will segregate the deposits by location. Remote Deposit Capture Service Description INTRODUCTION Bank hereby offers its Client and Client hereby accepts the remote deposit capture service (“Remote Deposit Capture Service”) described in this Service Description. The Remote Deposit Capture Service allows Client to transmit paper checks that are made payable only to you in U.S. dollars (“Checks”) converted to Imaged Items to Bank for processing and deposit into the designated linked account of Client maintained at Bank. Client desires to use the Remote Deposit Capture Service to facilitate the services as identified in and subject to this Service Description. Bank reserves the right, with prior written notice to Client, to place, from time to time, limits on Client's right to use the Remote Deposit Capture Service. Bank will provide to Client the Remote Deposit Capture Services described in this Service Description to enable Client to transmit Imaged Items to Bank or Bank’s designated processor to be cleared as Substitute Checks or Image Exchange Items. To the extent Client accesses the Remote Deposit Capture Services using Bank’s online services, Client’s use of the Remote Deposit Capture Services must also be facilitated pursuant to the separate Online Banking Service Description.

Deposit Account Reconciliation. We will provide notice of receipt of Mobile Deposits to your Deposit Account on the periodic statement for such Deposit Account. You are responsible for detecting and reporting to us any discrepancy between your records and the records we provide to you. If you do not detect and notify us of such a discrepancy within 30 days of your receipt of any terminal printout, mailed report or periodic statement, whichever is received first, then such transactions shall be considered correct, and you shall be precluded from asserting such error or discrepancy against us.

  • Account Reconciliation You will verify and reconcile any out-of-balance condition, and promptly notify the Credit Union of any errors within the time periods established in the Membership and Account Agreement after receipt of your account statement.   • Account Statements and Requesting Account Records Unless your Account is restricted you may view and download your PayPal account statement by logging into your PayPal account. You agree to review your transactions through your PayPal account history instead of receiving periodic statements by email. You will receive important information about your payments and payment receipts by e- mail immediately after a transaction. Your transaction history will also be updated and made available to you at any time by logging into your account. You can also access a downloadable report from your PayPal account. This will show all fees incurred and any other amounts charged to your PayPal account in the relevant period. The report will only be updated and made available if there has been any activity on your PayPal account or any fees have been incurred in the relevant period. The way in which we provide the transaction information will allow you to store and reproduce the information unchanged, for example by printing a copy. We reserve the right to charge a fee for providing you with additional information or for providing the transaction history and other information about fees in a different way but we won’t charge you for records requested in connection with your good-faith assertion of an error in your PayPal account.

  • Deposit Accounts Neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary shall maintain any Deposit Accounts, or accounts holding Investment Property, except with respect to which Lender has an Account Control Agreement.

By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.

  • Checking Accounts The Credit Union may refuse any check or other item drawn against your account or used to withdraw funds from your account if it is not on a form approved by us. We also reserve the right to refuse any check or other item drawn against your account or used to withdraw funds from your account if made in a manner not specifically authorized for your account, if made more frequently or in a greater number than specifically permitted for your account, or if made in an amount less than the minimum withdrawal or transfer specifically permitted for your account. If we accept a check or other item not on a form approved by us, you will be responsible for any loss by us in handling the item. We may pay checks or other items drawn upon your account in any order determined by us, even if paying a particular check or item results in an insufficient balance in your account to pay one or more other items that otherwise could have been paid out of your account. Because of the nature of the Credit Union check program, neither the Credit Union nor any other processing entities shall be responsible for the authenticity of the checks with regard to the signature or alterations; and checks, when presented, shall be paid without verification. We may disregard all information on or any writing or memorandum attached to any check or item except for your signature, the amount and the information that is magnetically encoded. You agree that we do not fail to use ordinary care because our procedures do not provide for sight examination. You will notify us immediately if you learn or have reason to know that any of your checks have been lost or stolen. If you are negligent in safeguarding your checks or if there is a processing problem due to your use of a check printer we do not approve, we will not have any liability or responsibility for any losses you incur as a result if we act in good faith pursuant to standard commercial practices.
