Deposits at Shared Branch Locations. If you make a deposit through a shared branch location (shared branches are participating branches of other credit unions in the CO- OP Shared Branch network), deposits of cash, Government checks (Federal, State, and Local) payable to you, and U.S. Postal money orders payable to you will be available on the same business day of your deposit. The first $500 of funds from other check deposits will be available on the same business day of your deposit. The remaining amount of funds from local check deposits will be available on the second (2nd) business day after the day of your deposit.

Deposits at Shared Branch Locations. Funds from a check deposit made at a shared branch location will generally be added to the Available Balance on the second business day after the day of deposit. In some cases, longer delays may apply. Refer to the Longer Delays May Apply section of this policy.
Deposits at Shared Branch Locations. Funds from any deposit (cash or checks) made at a Shared Branch Location by 4:00 pm on a business day will generally be available on the 2nd business day following the date of deposit. Generally, $200 of the deposit will be available on the next business day. In some cases, we may delay the availability of funds.

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.

The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Closing Location The Closing shall be held at the location designated by the Corporation or, if no such designation is made, at the office of Seller's Attorney.

In order to minimize the risk of misuse of the lockbox, Broker recommends against the use of lockboxes on door handles that can be unscrewed from the outside or on other parts of the home from which the lockbox can be easily removed. Since others will have access to Property, Seller agrees to either remove all valuables, prescription drugs and/or keys, or put them in a secure place.

  • Branches of U.S. Banks (a) Except as otherwise set forth in this Contract, the provisions hereof shall not apply where the custody of the Portfolios assets are maintained in a foreign branch of a banking institution which is a "bank" as defined by Section 2(a)(5) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 meeting the qualification set forth in Section 26(a) of said Act.
