Description of Bargaining Unit; Inclusion/Exclusion of Classifications. The term “employees” and “bargaining unit employees” as used in this Agreement shall mean University Police Officers in the University Police Department at Bowie State University (“UPOs”) who have been certified by the State Higher Education Labor Relations Board (SHERLB) as part of the bargaining unit.
