Description of E-statements. You may elect to have your periodic statements and other required disclosures accompanying your periodic statements for certain Eligible Account(s) delivered to you electronically in place of paper disclosures (“E-Statements”). You may sign up for E-statements at any time through Online Banking. If you have elected to receive E-statements, you may view your periodic statements and other disclosures that we would otherwise deliver by mail through Online Banking. Your E- statements can also be downloaded or printed at your convenience. We may, at our option, offer you additional options and preferences for the delivery of various types of communications related to your Eligible Accounts. Additional details on E-Statement enrollment are provided on the E- Statement web pages available through Online Banking.

Description of E-statements. You may elect to receive your statement electronically (an “e-Statement”) for any Eligible Accounts (defined below) that you choose. Account statements will be made available to you electronically in Portable Document Format (PDF) that you can view online, save to your computer or print at your convenience. Any inserts or other Alerts that normally accompany your mailed statement will either continue to be mailed under separate cover or provided to you electronically. From time to time, we may add to, modify or delete any feature of the e-Statement Service at our sole discretion. You understand and agree that, by enrolling in the e-Statement Service, you will no longer receive statements by mail. However, you can request copies of statements and Alerts by contacting us at 000-000-0000. We may charge you a fee for paper copies, as stated in our current Schedule of Fees.

The specific documents delivered by E-statements will be determined by your choices at the time of enrollment. Any legal disclosures that normally accompany your mailed periodic statements will also be delivered to you electronically. Bank Forward reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any features of the E-Statement service at our sole discretion. Any amendments to these Terms of Use will be effective when they are posted on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or delivered to the e-mail address we have on file for you. You are responsible for periodically checking the website for changes, or reading notifications that we send to you.

  • False Statements Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information prepared and submitted by Contractor in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response are current, complete, true, and accurate. Contractor acknowledges any false statement or material misrepresentation made by Contractor during the performance of this Contract or any related Solicitation is a material breach of contract and may void this Contract. Further, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that any false representation or any failure to comply with a representation, warranty, or certification made by Contractor is subject to all civil and criminal consequences provided at law or in equity including, but not limited to, immediate termination of this Contract.

  • Operating Statements In the case of each Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgage or another Mortgage Loan document requires the related Mortgagor, in some cases at the request of the lender, to provide the holder of such Mortgage Loan with at least quarterly operating statements and rent rolls (if there is more than one tenant) for the related Mortgaged Property and annual financial statements of the related Mortgagor, and with such other information as may be required therein.

  • Year-End Statements As soon as available and in any event within 5 days after the same is required to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (but in no event later than 120 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Parent), the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Parent and its Subsidiaries as at the end of such fiscal year and the related audited consolidated statements of income, shareholders’ equity and cash flows of the Parent and its Subsidiaries for such fiscal year, setting forth in comparative form the figures as at the end of and for the previous fiscal year, all of which shall be (a) certified by the chief financial officer or chief accounting officer of the Parent, in his or her opinion, to present fairly, in accordance with GAAP and in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of the Parent, the Borrower and its other Subsidiaries as at the date thereof and the results of operations for such period and (b) accompanied by the report thereon of an Approved Accounting Firm, whose certificate shall be unqualified and in scope and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and who shall have authorized the Borrower to deliver such financial statements and certification thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, the Parent shall not be required to deliver an item required under this Section if such item is contained in a Form 10-K filed by the Parent with the Securities and Exchange Commission (or any Governmental Authority substituted therefore) and is publicly available to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.

To prevent any misunderstanding regarding the seriousness of these and similar acts, Form FHWA-1022 shall be posted on each Federal-aid highway project (23 CFR 635) in one or more places where it is readily available to all persons concerned with the project: 18 U.S.C. 1020 reads as follows: "Whoever, being an officer, agent, or employee of the United States, or of any State or Territory, or whoever, whether a person, association, firm, or corporation, knowingly makes any false statement, false representation, or false report as to the character, quality, quantity, or cost of the material used or to be used, or the quantity or quality of the work performed or to be performed, or the cost thereof in connection with the submission of plans, maps, specifications, contracts, or costs of construction on any highway or related project submitted for approval to the Secretary of Transportation; or Whoever knowingly makes any false statement, false representation, false report or false claim with respect to the character, quality, quantity, or cost of any work performed or to be performed, or materials furnished or to be furnished, in connection with the construction of any highway or related project approved by the Secretary of Transportation; or Whoever knowingly makes any false statement or false representation as to material fact in any statement, certificate, or report submitted pursuant to provisions of the Federal-aid Roads Act approved July 1, 1916, (39 Stat. 355), as amended and supplemented; Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 5 years or both."
