Design and Aesthetic Standards; Camouflage. If Licensee obtains advance written approval to make application as provided in this section, is granted a Right-of-Way Work Permit and a Wireless Installation Permit, if applicable, Licensee shall comply with the design and aesthetic standards of the Historic District or Design District overlay in which installation is sought and shall use camouflage measures to improve the aesthetics of each new Network Node, new Node Support Pole, and related ground equipment, or any portion of the Network Nodes, Poles, or equipment, and to minimize the impact to the aesthetics in the Historic District or Design District overlay.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All PROJECTS/SERVICES shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the DIRECTOR.
