Design-Builder’s Project Manager. The Design-Builder shall keep on this work during its progress and until the Certificate of Final Completion a competent Project Manager and any necessary assistants, all satisfactory to the Program Manager and Owner. The Project Manager shall not be changed except with the consent of the Owner unless the Project Manager proves to be unsatisfactory to the Design-Builder and ceases to be in his employ. The Project Manager represents the Design-Builder and all directions given to the Project Manager shall be as binding as if given to the Design-Builder.

  • Design-Builder The person or entity responsible for the proper completion of the activities described in the Contract Documents and who executes the Contract.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.
