The design of all public sanitary sewer systems that are to become a part of the Town of Granite Falls’ wastewater collection system, shall be in accordance with the N.C. Department of Environment and Natural Resources’ publications “Minimum Design Criteria for the Permitting of Gravity Sewers” and “Minimum Design Criteria for the Permitting of Pump Stations and Force Mains” and the requirements contained herein.

Department of Environment and Natural Resources’ publications “Minimum Design Criteria for the Permitting of Gravity Sewers” and “Minimum Design Criteria for the Permitting of Pump Stations and Force Mains” and the requirements contained herein.
DESIGN CRITERIA AND PERMITTING. A. The design of all public water system improvements, that are to become a part of the Town of Tarboro’s water distribution system, shall be in accordance with Title 15A Subchapter 18C of the North Carolina Administrative Code and the rules and policies of practice of the N.C. Department of Environment and Natural ResourcesPublic Water Supply Section. These rules and policies are consolidated in the publication “Engineering, Planning and Development Guidance Document”.

  • MAINTENANCE AND PERMITS Customer shall:

  • Course Curriculum, Instruction, and Grading X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies as the courses outlined in the Hill College catalog.

  • LICENSING AND PERMITS The Contractor shall maintain the appropriate licenses throughout the life of this Contract. Contractor shall also obtain any and all permits which might be required by the work to be performed herein.

  • Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Engineer for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Engineer of the Engineer's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • CONTRACTOR’S SUBMISSION OF CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS In connection with any Contract modification, OGS reserves the right to:  request additional information  reject Contract modifications  remove Products from Contract modification requests  request additional discounts for new or existing Products

  • Design Documents Prepare and submit the following documents to the DAS - Records Management Office with a copy of the transmittal letter submitted to the respective Project Manager:

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Approval of Contractor’s Staff 7.3.1 County has the absolute right to approve or disapprove all of the Contractor’s staff performing work hereunder and any proposed changes in the Contractor’s staff, including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s Project Manager.
