Common use of Design Elements Clause in Contracts

Design Elements. ‌ 3.1.1 The Charter School shall have control over and responsibility for delivery of the educational program and for attainment of the performance standards as set forth in the charter school performance framework (the “Charter School Performance Framework”) Exhibit #1, as amended by Exhibit #1.1, incorporated herein.
