Design Quality and Standards. 3.2.1 The Designer shall be responsible for the professional and technical accuracy and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, estimates and other work furnished by the Designer and the Designer’s sub-consultants or subcontractors. Changes, corrections, additions or deletions requested by the Authority and the Department shall be incorporated into the design of the Project unless detailed objections thereto are received from the Designer and subsequently approved by the Authority and the Department. 3.2.2 The Designer shall complete the services specified in the RFS and required under this Contract meeting the schedule and submission dates established in the RFS or as they may be modified by written approvals from the Authority and the Department. 3.2.3 The Designer services shall be performed in conformance with the Guidelines and Standards for this Project which shall be distributed by the Department at the kick-off meeting. 3.2.4 The Designer services shall be performed in conformance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations. 3.2.5 In order to preserve the environment for present and future generations and to encourage environmental justice for the residents of Local Housing Authorities, the Designer is responsible for identifying and recommending the use of energy and water conservation measures, resiliency to climate hazard measures, non-toxic/mindful material selection, indoor air quality improvement measures, and pollutant reduction measures as they relate to the scope of work described in the RFS.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.

  • NMHS Governance, Safety and Quality Requirements 2.1 Participates in the maintenance of a safe work environment. 2.2 Participates in an annual performance development review. 2.3 Supports the delivery of safe patient care and the consumers’ experience including participation in continuous quality improvement activities in accordance with the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other recognised health standards. 2.4 Completes mandatory training (including safety and quality training) as relevant to role. 2.5 Performs duties in accordance with Government, WA Health, North Metropolitan Health Service and Departmental / Program specific policies and procedures. 2.6 Abides by the WA Health Code of Conduct, Occupational Safety and Health legislation, the Disability Services Act and the Equal Opportunity Act.

  • LICENSES AND STANDARDS 11 CONTRACTOR warrants that it and its personnel, described in Paragraph 27 of 12 this Agreement, who are subject to individual registration and/or licensing requirements, have all 13 necessary licenses and permits required by the laws of the United States, State of California 14 (hereinafter referred to as “State”), County of Orange, and all other appropriate governmental 15 agencies to perform the services described in this Agreement, and agrees to maintain, and require 16 its personnel to maintain, these licenses and permits in effect for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Design Standards Most recent edition of the “Owner’s Design Standards,” including any partial updates as may be directed by the Owner.

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.
