DESIGNATED AGENTS. The Council shall request the Minister in terms of section 33 of the Act to appoint persons as designated agents to assist to giving effect to this Agreement. A designated agent shall have the powers conferred upon him in terms of section 142 of the Act, except the powers conferred by section 142 (1) (c) and (d).
DESIGNATED AGENTS. 7.3.1 The Council must appoint one or more persons as designated agents to enforce and monitor compliance with this agreement, in any manner that is reasonably required for compliance with this agreement, by-
a) Entering and inspecting premises;
b) Examining records; and
c) Interviewing an employer or employees of the employer in an appropriate manner.
7.3.2 After each inspection of an employer’s records and operations, a designated agent must prepare a report for the attention of the employer, worker representatives or in the case of an individual complainant, the complainant, stating-
a) The date and time of the inspection;
b) If any contraventions of the agreement were identified, a summary of the contraventions; and
c) The action that management is required to take to rectify the contraventions.
7.3.3 A designated agent may not make any disclosure of information in circumstances which are not permitted in terms of section 201 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995.
7.3.4 The Minister, on request of the Council, shall appoint one or more persons to be designated agents to assist in giving effect to the terms of this agreement, including the issuing of compliance orders requiring any person bound by this agreement to comply within 14 days.
7.3.5 A designated agent shall have all the powers provided for in section 33, 33A and Schedule 10 of the Act.
DESIGNATED AGENTS. City can act alone or through its designated agents, which can include the Administrator.
DESIGNATED AGENTS. LISNR may at its sole discretion deliver licenses, technical support and software updates to Licensee though a designated agent including but not limited to delivery of invoices as appropriate and collection of payments.
DESIGNATED AGENTS. Landlord and Tenant understand that although (listing broker firm name) is listing broker, acting on behalf of Landlord through (salesperson), (salesperson) of the same firm has been designated to act on behalf of Tenant.
DESIGNATED AGENTS. Landlord hereby designates and appoints Xxxxxx X. East as Landlord's agent, with authority to bind Landlord with respect to any and all matters that may arise in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement. Tenant hereby designates and appoints Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx as Tenant's agent, with authority to bind Tenant with respect to any and all matters that may arise in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement.
DESIGNATED AGENTS. The City may, from time to time, appoint or designate one or more agents (each, a “designated agent”) to submit Annual Financial Information, Material Event notices, and other notices or reports with the MSRB via EMMA. The City hereby appoints the Trustee and Xxxxxxx & Bell, P.C. as designated agents of the City solely for the purpose of submitting City-approved Annual Financial Information, event notices, and other notices or reports to the MSRB via EMMA as requested by the City. The City may revoke this designation at any time upon written notice to the designated agent, and may designate one or more additional designated agents for purposes of this Section 10 from time to time by written designation to the newly appointed designated agent.
DESIGNATED AGENTS. The council shall advise the Registrar of specified persons whom it wishes to be appointed as designated agents to assist it in giving effect to the terms of this agreement
DESIGNATED AGENTS. The parties represent and warrant that they have full power and authority to execute and fully perform their obligations under this Agreement pursuant to their governing instruments, without the need for any further action, and that the person(s) executing this Agreement on behalf of each party are the duly designated agents of each party and are authorized to do so.
