Designated Official Parking. When parked at specific locations within the boundaries of Buffalo National River, the following limitations will apply: All parking must occur only in designated areas. Buffalo Point: Lower Buffalo District Concessioners may not use the parking area at Buffalo Point on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from the period of May 1 through September 30. However, use of the parking area is permissible during week days. Xxxxx: Upper District Concessioners must park within “Permit Parking” signs at Xxxxx. Each Concessioner will be issued two parking permits with an expiration date of December 31, 2012. These parking permits must be placed on the dashboard of the vehicles so they are visible and easy to read. All canoe trailers must be clearly marked with the Concessioner’s name or logo.

  • School Official Designation Pursuant to Article I, Paragraph 1 of the DPA Standard Clauses, and in accordance with FERPA, ISSRA and SOPPA, in performing its obligations under the DPA, the Provider is acting as a school official with legitimate educational interest; is performing an institutional service or function for which the LEA would otherwise use its own employees; is under the direct control of the LEA with respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data; and is using Student Data only for an authorized purpose and in furtherance of such legitimate educational interest.

  • KEY OFFICIALS A. Key officials are essential to ensure maximum coordination and communication between the parties and the work being performed. They are:

  • Consider Operator as School Official The Parties agree that Operator is a “school official” under FERPA and has a legitimate educational interest in personally identifiable information from education records. The Association may select as many as five (5) members of the Association to attend during regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation, meetings scheduled with the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Human Resources, the Director of Employee Relations, or designee, when such meetings have been scheduled for the purpose of meeting and conferring on matters within the scope of representation affecting such appropriate unit, and to participate in the discussions, deliberations, and decisions at such meetings.

  • Representative of Canadian Union The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer.
