Designated Site Supervisor. The Contractor shall designate a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor shall be the Contractor or Contractor’s representative in charge of Operations. The Site Supervisor shall be on the Site or the YCCL at all times the Site is open to the public as stated in Section 2.2. Any time that the Contractor has employees on the Site and the Site Supervisor is not present, an employee for each day and/or shift and who is on the Site, shall be designated in writing by the Contractor (to have the authority) to direct Operations and communicate with the public and the County. The designated Site Supervisor must wear recognizable clothing or headgear that is distinctly different than line staff so that the County and customers know who to alert in case of an emergency or who to speak with if an issue should arise.

Designated Site Supervisor. The Contractor’s designated Site Supervisor shall complete the following Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) training courses or County approved equivalent; “Construction and Demolition Debris Management Course” for the CDI Facility Documentation showing completion of the above courses shall be submitted to the Department within six months of placing an employee in the position of Site Supervisor. If the above mentioned SWANA courses are modified or eliminated, alternate courses shall be taken, subject to the approval of the Department.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract.   • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.   • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement.
