Detailed E911 with Locator Capability. 2.3.1 CUSTOMER is required to purchase Detailed E911 Locator Capability with any 4-wire ISDN DS1 Port, that has the ability to make and receive voice calls to or from the Public Switched Telecommunications Network (PSTN). 2.3.2 Detailed E911 with Locator Capability allows End Users located on CUSTOMER’s network ring or loop facilities direct access into an E911 tandem office, delivering the telephone number and location of the End User’s number as well as the actual physical location of the calling party’s extension to the appropriate E911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). Version: 3Q06 MBR 07/18/06 2.3.3 All CUSTOMER’s End Users who have service provisioned via 4-wire ISDN DS1 Port with Detailed E911 Locator Capability shall be physically located in the E911 Tandem Switch service area. 2.3.4 CUSTOMER shall pass its End User’s telephone number to BellSouth over the Primary Rate Interface trunk group via Automatic Number Identification (ANI). 2.3.5 CUSTOMER shall maintain the individual telephone number and the correct corresponding address/location data, including maintaining the End User’s listed address as the actual physical End User location in the E911 Automatic Location Identification (ALI) Database. 2.3.6 CUSTOMER will be liable for any errors resulting from the submission of invalid telephone number and address/location data for CUSTOMER’s End Users.

Detailed E911 with Locator Capability. 2.3.1 CARRIER is required to purchase Detailed E911 Locaotr Capability with any 4-Wire ISDN DS1 Wholesale Local Switch Port that has the ability to make and receive voice calls to or from the Public Switched Telecommunications Network (“PSTN”). 2.3.2 Detailed E911 with Locator Capability allows End Users located on CARRIER’s network ring or loop facilities direct access into an E911 tandem office, delivering the telephone number and location of the End User’s number as well as the actual physical location of the calling party’s extension to the appropriate E911 Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). 2.3.3 All CARRIER’s End Users who have service provisioned via 4-Wire ISDN DS1 Port with Detailed E911 Locator Capability shall be physically located in theE911 TandemSwitch service area. 2.3.4 CARRIER shall pass its End User’s telephone number toAT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE over the Primary Rate Interface trunk group via Automatic Number Identification (ANI). 2.3.5 CARRIER shall maintain the individual telephone number and the correct corresponding address/location data, including maintaining the End User’s listed address as the actual physical End User location in the E911 Automatic Location Identification (“ALI”) Database. 2.3.6 CARRIER will be liable for any errors resulting from the submission of invalid telephone number and address/location data for CARRIER’s End Users.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.
