Determining Vacancies. Where: (i) A permanent vacancy exists; or (ii) A new position is created; or (iii) A Long Assignment is created and the Employer determines that the position is to be filled, subject first to the overriding duty to accommodate disabled Nurses and then any recall rights under Article 32, a notice shall be posted.
