  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Only the actual expenses directly attributable to this Agreement and any prorated shared expenses may be charged to Political Subdivision, plus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Fixed Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product If Clearview Energy would like to propose a change to a fixed kilowatt-hour rate product, you will be notified by the process described in Change of Terms. Fixed price products may change due to new or modified federal, state or local laws; or regulatory actions that impose new or modified fees. 2b. Month-to-month Variable Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product – Month-to-month variable kilowatt-hour rate products are subject to change without notice at Clearview Energy’s discretion outside of any applicable promotion. If applicable, the Monthly Base Charge may also fluctuate outside of any applicable promotion. After the first month, the price may vary based on a number of factors, including market supply prices, energy capacity prices, settlement costs and other market- related factors, as determined at our discretion, plus estimated total state taxes, fees, charges or other assessments, along with our costs, expenses and profit margins. There is no limit on how much the price may change from one billing cycle to the next. The price can change each billing period. The Customer will not know the price until receiving the bill. A customer may obtain the previous 24 months’ average monthly billed price for the customer’s rate class and service territory at 1.800.746.4702 and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.   • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Consultant pursuant to Section 14.

  • Period of Services Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement. This Agreement assumes conditions permitting continuous and orderly progress through completion of the services. Times for performance shall be extended as necessary for delays or suspensions due to circumstances that the Consultant does not control. If such delay or suspension extends for more than six months, Consultant’s compensation shall be renegotiated.

  • Service Rates The rates for services provided to a specific child by the Provider shall be set forth in the PSO for the child. The Provider may not increase the rate for any service described in a PSO during the term of the PSO unless the PSO provides for an automatic rate increase option, in which case the rate may only be increased in the initial month of the Buyer’s fiscal year and must be agreed to in writing by the Buyer. The provider is required to have all services and rate information entered and up-to-date in the Service Fee Directory by the beginning of the contract year. The Provider shall provide to the Buyer written notice of any planned rate increase (90 days) prior to the initial month of the Buyer’s next fiscal year. Such written notice shall contain the justification for the increase and shall be submitted in triplicate to the Buyer’s Children’s Services Act Manager.

  • Rental Rates and Wage Rates for Change Orders As soon as is practical, but prior to the completion of the Construction Preparation Period and in any event prior to the commencement of any Work on the Site, the Contractor shall submit in accordance with the style and format of a specimen to be furnished by the Owner for consideration of the Owner the following: (1) a proposal for rental rates on heavy construction equipment that shall apply in the event Change Order Work is performed, and (2) a proposal for wage rates for the types of project labor that shall apply in the event of the execution of any Change Order Work. Under penalty of false swearing, a principal of the contracting firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates do not exceed current costs for like services. The Owner will in no event consider a rental rate in excess of eighty percent of the rate set forth in the latest edition of the "Compilation of Nationally Averaged Rental Rates for Construction Equipment" of the Associated Equipment Distributors unless the rates proposed in excess of eighty percent are supported by proof satisfactory to the Owner that the excess rates are reasonable. If the equipment is owned by the Contractor the costs shall be charged at a maximum of eighty percent of market monthly rental rates for the amount of time used. If applicable, transportation costs may be included. The decision of the Owner shall be final, binding and conclusive on all parties. Rental rates shall be payable only for the actual time the equipment is required on the Site.
