Dietary Concerns. Note that a Dining Plan is mandatory for all freshmen living on campus and for any student living in certain housing units. If Licensee has any dietary restrictions due to food allergies, food intolerances, and/or other dietary concerns, please notify the SHRL office as soon as possible. A request for release or modification of the Dining Plan, along with support from medical professionals, Student Disability Recourses, and consultation with Dining Services will be reviewed and a the final decision will be from SHRL. Dining Services cannot accommodate special diets unless notified by the Licensee. Cancellation of the Dining Plan will be permitted only under the most adverse circumstances that renders it unreasonable for Dining Services to continue for the duration of the License.
