Common use of Dining Plans Clause in Contracts

Dining Plans. a. Residents may purchase a Dining plan. The room and board rates are published on the EWU Housing and Residential Life website xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/housing/pricing/ which is incorporated herein by reference. b. The Dining plans are not transferable. A University ID card (Eagle Card) is required for Dining plan holders and must be presented at each meal.
