Directional Sign. Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, may purchase and install at a location in the common hallway a professionally lettered identification directional sign (the size, design, method of installation and location thereof to be subject to Landlord's prior approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
Directional Sign any sign whose only purpose is to direct traffic to proper entrance or exit.
Directional Sign. On-premises or off-premises Signs directing the public to governmental, cultural, religious, or charitable institutions and Signs that provide directions, e. g., enter, exit, parking, or location of any place or area on the same premises.
Directional Sign. A sign limited to directional messages for information and wayfinding purposes, principally for pedestrian or vehicular traffic. These signs shall contain no product or business advertising matter. This is a type of Information Sign.
