Common use of Disability Leave Clause in Contracts

Disability Leave. 1. Any employee who anticipates undergoing a state of disability such as but not limited to surgery, hospital confinement, medical treatment or pregnancy, may apply for a leave of absence based upon said anticipated disability in accordance with provisions hereinafter set forth.
