Common use of Disagreement on Decision Clause in Contracts

Disagreement on Decision. If within thirty (30) days of a decision having been handed down by the Board of Arbitration, there is disagreement as to the meaning of the decision, on application by either Party, the Chairperson of the Board of Arbitration must reconvene the Board as soon as possible and in any event within twenty (20) days in order to clarify the decision.
