Limitations on Probationary Employees. During the probationary period, employees shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of this Agreement except the right to grieve their discharge. The employment of probationary employees may be terminated at any time during the probationary period without recourse of that employee to the Union or to the Grievance Procedure.
Limitations on Probationary Employees. If an employee is discharged during the probationary period, the Arbitrator or Arbitration Board shall apply a lesser standard for discharge than would apply to a discharged employee who has completed the probationary period.

During the first sixty (60) days worked, an employee shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of the collective agreement except, subject to the Ontario Human Rights Code, the right to grieve her discharge. The employment of an employee may be terminated at any time during the first sixty (60) days worked without recourse of that employee or the Union, subject to the Ontario Human Rights Code, to the Grievance Procedure, Mediation Procedure and/or Arbitration.

The employment of an employee may be terminated at any time during the first three hundred and twenty-five (325) hours worked without recourse of that employee or the Union to the Grievance Procedure and/or Arbitration.
