Disaster and Emergency Management. 19.1 In the event of a disaster, whether man-made, natural, or of a civil defense nature, Grantee may provide and coordinate appropriate resources to federal disaster relief agencies and may provide equipment and resources for temporary shelter, nutrition services, food preparation, transportation, and volunteers.
