Nutrition Services. In addition to any nutritional consultation available under your health insurance plan, upon your request, the Company will arrange for you to have an annual personal nutrition consultation with a qualified community based nutritionist, and, also upon your request, for ongoing nutritional consultations with the nutritionist throughout the year, regardless of medical necessity. Results of the annual nutrition consultation will be communicated to you and, upon your request, based on the results, the Company will arrange for your Physician to develop a personalized nutrition plan for you. The cost of consultations will be your responsibility to the extent that the visits are not covered by your health insurance plan.

Nutrition Services. 1. A Nutrition Services Employee who works more than twenty (20) uninterrupted workdays in a higher classification shall receive, retroactive to the first workday, the regular rate of the higher classification on their current step. (Example: Step 3 server to middle school cook is paid Step 3 middle school cook rate.) A break of five (5) workdays or less shall not be considered an interruption in meeting the twenty (20) uninterrupted workday requirement.
Nutrition Services. Uniforms shall be furnished for Nutrition Services employees by the School District as needed. The District shall furnish up to three (3) sets per year on an as needed basis per the employee’s request with the department director’s approval. The District shall provide new hires with five (5) uniform sets upon hire. A set shall consist of a top and pants. Nutrition Services personnel shall wear the appropriate top and pants during work hours, the type of which will be determined by the District after consultation with the exclusive bargaining representative on any changes to be made.

Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Acquisition Services (i) Serve as the Company’s investment and financial advisor and provide relevant market research and economic and statistical data in connection with the Company’s assets and investment objectives and policies; (ii) Subject to Section 4 hereof and the investment objectives and policies of the Company: (a) locate, analyze and select potential investments; (b) structure and negotiate the terms and conditions of transactions pursuant to which investments in Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments will be made; (c) acquire, originate and dispose of Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments on behalf of the Company; (d) arrange for financing and refinancing and make other changes in the asset or capital structure of investments in Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments; and (e) enter into leases, service contracts and other agreements for Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments; (iii) Perform due diligence on prospective investments and create due diligence reports summarizing the results of such work; (iv) Prepare reports regarding prospective investments that include recommendations and supporting documentation necessary for the Directors to evaluate the proposed investments; (v) Obtain reports (which may be prepared by the Advisor or its Affiliates), where appropriate, concerning the value of contemplated investments of the Company; (vi) Deliver to or maintain on behalf of the Company copies of all appraisals obtained in connection with the Company’s investments; and (vii) Negotiate and execute approved investments and other transactions, including prepayments, maturities, workouts and other settlements of Loans and other Permitted Investments.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
