Cold Weather. If the Adventure Club site remains open on a day when the District schools are closed because of cold weather, Adventure Club Education Assistants who are scheduled to work during these conditions will report to work, unless told by a supervisor not to report to work. Those Education Assistants who are scheduled and report to work shall receive one and one-half times the regular rate of pay for the hours worked that day. Those who are not needed to report to work will be paid for their regular number of hours, if they were normally scheduled to work.
Cold Weather. With the cooperation of employees, the Company will attempt to maintain shop temperatures above ten degrees Centigrade (10° C).
(a) The Company agrees not to require its employees to perform outside repair work in temperatures below minus thirty degrees centigrade (-30°), unless adequate protection and some form of heat is provided. Tarpaulins, windbreaks, etc., shall be erected before commencement of work and heat must be made available.
Cold Weather. Tenants shall keep sufficient heat on and drip faucets when < 32degF to prevent pipes from freezing
Cold Weather. The resident agrees to maintain a constant temperature of at least 60 degrees in said apartment at all times and agrees to keep all windows/doors closed during cold or rainy weather. Resident assumes full responsibility for any and all damages resulting from any frozen water lines within the apartment or in any of the outside or common walls, ceilings, or floors of said apartment should the temperature in the apartment go below 60 degrees.
Cold Weather. 1. If the Employer chooses to split a crew(s) due to weather, the Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx shall make up a list of names of all bricklayers working on the job in alphabetical order.
2. Split crew workforce shall consist of the Xxxxxxx, the Xxxxxxx, and as many
3. from the alphabetical list as the Employer deems necessary
4. Starting at the top of the list for the first crew, then the next time starting at the first name that did not work on the first crew.
5. Anyone not on the split crew will be sent home with credit for their show-up time.
6. Any bricklayers hired after the original list was made shall be added to the bottom of the list the day he was hired. SECTION L
Cold Weather. The shuttles and autonomous vehicle technology operated by MMI is currently unable to operate in extreme cold weather situations, specifically temperatures colder than -2 degrees (ambient temperature) Fahrenheit. If the ambient temperature is colder than -2 degrees Fahrenheit, this will delay the start of service, end service early, or have full days without service. MMI shall have the sole and exclusive decision making responsibility for operational parameters relative to cold weather and snow-related operations. Any such pause, delay, or failure to provide service on a given day due to environmental (ambient temperature and snow) conditions shall not be considered when calculating service uptime for the Project.
7.1 Should service dates and times be delayed, ended early, or withdrawn due to cold weather conditions discussed in section 7 above, MMI will advise Project ridership, as soon as commercially practicable, via methods that include, but are not limited to: push notification
Cold Weather a) Frost and freeze protection for the plumbing hook-up from the utility pads into the mobile home and/or RV is the responsibility of the Tenant and must be provided. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to keep the water lines from freezing. If Tenant’s water line freezes more than one time during their tenancy, Tenant will be responsible for the cost incurred by the Park. For any questions regarding how to keep your pipes from freezing please consult Management.
b) Snow on the ground of the individual space rented is the responsibility of the Tenant. Snow may be kept on Tenant’s space or disposed of but may not be placed in any way to block another Tenant or may not be placed on a vacant space.
c) Management will remove snow in common areas and streets of the Park.
Cold Weather. The thermostat shall be set no lower than 55* during the entire term of the tenancy to prevent the pipes from freezing.
Cold Weather. During the winter months you must ensure that the Property is kept warm enough to avoid water freezing in the pipes and tanks. This is best done by leaving the heating system set to provide a constant minimum ambient temperature to be no less than 13 degrees centigrade.
Cold Weather. You will take reasonable care to ensure that the water pipes do not freeze. In the event of being absent from the property you should inform us and you should ensure that the internal water supply is turned off and pipes and tanks etc. are drained.
