Common use of Disciplinary Appearance Clause in Contracts

Disciplinary Appearance. With the exception of gross misconduct, an employee shall be given written notice if required to appear before the Board, Administration and/or Director of Buildings and Grounds regarding any investigation. If the employee reasonably believes that the outcome of the meeting will result in disciplinary action, the employee may request the presence of a Union representative.
