Disciplinary Matters. (a) The employer acknowledges the principles of procedural fairness and the right to a support person. (b) Where an employee is directed to attend a disciplinary meeting it will, as far as practicable, be scheduled during an employee’s rostered shift, or at the beginning or end of that shift. (c) Where an employee is requested to attend a meeting that is not at a time when they are rostered to work, they will be entitled to pay at their base rate of pay for the duration of the meeting. (d) Where an employee reschedules the meeting to a time outside their usual rostered hours, no payment will be made.
